Full Service Promotional Package

This promotion per month includes but is not limited to distribution of posters, CD’s, T-shirts, fliers, and other promotional materials.

This service includes grass-roots (street) promotions, product placement, give-aways, retail/urban promotions (which include but are not limited to retail stores, record shops, and nightclubs, etc), and heavy internet promotion.

You will receive a weekly report (email) listing which spots we hit with your product as well as pictures that we took of your posters hanging up and promotional materials in people’s hands.

Below is an example of a monthly promotions schedule:

• Booking: We will take care of contacting venues and scheduling your events
• Flier/handbill creation: We will design your flier (if needed) to be distributed
• Press Release creation: We will write a press release for your event and send it to all applicable local and national media outlets
• We will send one Email Notification featuring your flier and press release information to our active, local subscribers
• Flier/handbill distribution: We will put 100 posters up inside area businesses and in heavy foot traffic locations and hand deliver 200 handbills
• Internet promotion: We will create event listings on relevant websites and major social networking sites and promote them heavily
• Featured posting on TheLocalLanding.net: We will create a post to be featured on our website in the appropriate category
• Merchandise sales: We will set up and manage the sale of your merchandise online and at the event
• Video Production: We will produce Interviews, Performances, and other video clips, broadcast them across the internet, and send you the final, edited copy for use on your own internet profiles.
