We will bookmark on as many social bookmarking sites that are applicable (keep in mind some of these sites are category-specific, foreign language, or otherwise may not be suitable to post your content to this time), and we will use our discretion when posting. Usually, though, this leaves us with more than 30 sites, and can include as many as 90 different sites. The Event will be displayed prominently on the homepage of TheLocalLanding.NET and posted to various Social Media sites (Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, etc.) up to and including the day of the event. We try to make sure all of our followers are up to date.

Social Bookmarking Sites

Music: The same as Events, your Music post will be bookmarked across the board. This will give web surfers a direct link to your song on TheLocalLanding.NET where they can listen to it at the click of a button, rate it, leave comments, like it (we all like to like things online, don’t we?) and also purchase it, if you’ve chosen to sell your music on TheLocalLanding.NET. Songs will be featured for 1 week. The video sites we use include: YouTube, Yahoo, Metacafe, Revver, Break, DailyMotion, Veoh, Crackle, Imeem, StupidVideos, Sclipo, Viddler, Howcast, 5min, Blip, eBaumsWorld
However, if you already have a subscription to a video site and would rather gather the views for that account, you can still feature your video and get all the benefits of a featured post, but this will prohibit us from posting the video on most video sites. Videos will have to be hosted on TheLocalLanding.NET in order for us to be able to fully utilize our network.
